So, our wedding is sort of in the middle of nowhere, northern Vermont.  Please note that cell service is very spotty, at best.  Bring a map.

The ceremony and reception are at Phineas Swann Bed and Breakfast, located at 195 Main Street in Montgomery Center, VT.  The event will be outside, rain or shine.  Appropriate footwear and weather protection is encouraged.

If you will be flying in to the area, Burlington International Airport is the closest major airport, located about 75 minutes from the B&B.

Lodging

There are several small inns nearby, including The INN on Trout River and The English Rose Inn.

Jay Peak is a ski resort with lots of lodging, only 15 minutes away.  It also has an indoor water park.

Directions

From the Burlington area and points south

• Take I-89 north to Exit 19.
• Turn right onto VT-104 north.
• In 2.5 miles, stay right at the intersection to continue onto VT-105 east.
• In 16.1 miles, turn left onto VT-108 north.
• In a half mile, bear right onto VT-105 east (VT-108 heads off to the left, while the main road becomes VT-105).
• Continue on VT-105 east for 5 miles.
• Turn left onto VT-118 south.  There are no signs for VT-118 near the turn from this direction, but there is an Irving/Jolley station shortly before the turn on the right, and a red brick building right on the corner where you will turn.
• Go 4.7 miles on VT-118 south, then bear right to stay on VT-118 south.
• In 2.2 miles, Phineas Swann will be on the right.  Park on the street.
